- All orders to the U.S. ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- Orders to the U.S. of $25 and over ship for free.
- Orders to the U.S. under $25 ship for a flat rate of $3.00.
- All orders outside the U.S. ship USPS First Class Package International.
- Orders outside the U.S. of $100 and over ship for free.
- Orders outside the U.S. under $100 ship for a flat rate of $15.00.

PayPal is the payment method used by Delpfine Welch Designs.
Returns
Your payment will be refunded if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us at orders@delpfinewelchdesigns.com within 10 days of receiving the item if you want to return or exchange it. The item must be returned in the original packaging and shipped insured with tracking. You are responsible for the shipping charges. The refund will be made to the original form of payment.
